Terms and conditions
- 50% Deposit confirms your booking. The outstanding amount is payable one week prior to the birthday party. The booking fee is non-refundable, and it is compulsory to make a booking.
- Email proof of payment to parties@akademiekleuters.co.za.
- Arrival and preparation should occur 60 minutes before the booked time slot.
- Arrival and preparation are 60 minutes before the booked time slot.
- Clients are required to clean the premises immediately after the party. Big black bins will be supplied.
- Everything must be cleaned 30 minutes after the booked time slot. A fine of R250 will be payable every 15 minutes thereafter.
- You may extend the party time at R500 per hour with prior arrangement.
- Any extra equipment and entertainment are at your own cost and risk, for example jumping castles, magician, petting zoo, ball pond, face painting, water slide, art presenter etc.
- Anything on the premises that is damaged or lost must be replaced by the client.
- Braai facilities are available. Bring your own wood and braai utensils.
- Party packs are an additional R50 per child.
- Sandart is an additional R25 per child.
- Water slides and blow-up pools are permitted for an additional fee of R200 for water usage.
- Clients use the premises at their own risk.
