Terms and conditions
- Bookings are only confirmed when the R2 000 reflects in our bank account. The booking fee is non-refundable and it is compulsory to make a booking.
- Bank details: Durbanville KleuterAkademie, Investec, Current Account, Account number 10012265837, Branch code 580105. Use your name and surname and PartytjiePret as reference.
- Email proof of payment to admin@akademiekleuters.co.za, 2 weeks before the date booked for the party.
- Arrival and preparation are 60 minutes before the booked time slot.
- Clients have to clean the premises when the party is over. Big black bins will be supplied.
- Everything must be cleaned up 30 minutes after the booked time slot. A fine of R250 will be payable every 10 minutes thereafter.
- R500 for every hour is payable if the party exceeds the 2-hour slot.
- Any other equipment and entertainment are for your own cost and at your own risk, for example jumping castles, magician, petting zoo, ball pond, face painting, water slide, art presenters etc.
- Anything that gets damaged or lost must be replaced by the client.
- Braai facilities are available. Bring your own wood and braai utensils.
- Clients use the premises at their own risk.
- Party packs are an extra R50 per child.
- Sandart is an extra R40 per child.
- Water slides and blowup pools are allowed for an extra R200 for water usage.
